His national and international work includes energy efficiency, utility rate structures, and renewable energy. Bruce is currently the owner and operator of Affordable Energy Solutions, a company committed to providing quality energy efficiency services and helping reduce utility costs. He holds a B.S. Degree in Energy Management from Moorhead State University and several industry-related certifications.
